Description Of Service

This service is for any government entity or business that wishes to have an allocated parking space for various purposes (i.e. shops, car showrooms, contracting works, private and government projects, technical and professional premises, government entities, imams and muezzins)

  The following is required for all types of transactions: Valid trade license. Valid lease or title deed. * Contracting projects or government infrastructure or any government project:. Official assignment letter from the entity in charge of the project. Building permit. Earth Plot plan. Project plan. * Private contracting projects: Maintenance permit. Demolition permit. Approval of RTA regarding the preparation of parking, entrances and exits. Approval of the Department of Planning and Survey (if necessary).

  For requests to reserve parking spaces for government entities, imams and muezzins, the following shall be provided: A letter from the government entity indicating the required number of parking spaces. A letter from the Islamic Affairs Department stating the details of imam or the muezzin, with a copy of the driver’s license and vehicle ownership card attached.
