Terms Of Service

From the annual rent value of a minimum of 500 dirhams for residential contracts 5% of the annual rent value with a minimum of 500 dirhams for commercial contracts 3% of the annual rent value with a minimum of 1000 dirhams for investment contracts 50 dirhams in the event that the service is provided by the service centers ((Tas’heel centers)) and 10 d of scientific research fees are also added, and 10.5 d as a collection fee
