A service that allows government agencies, businesses and individuals to issue a certificate of disclaimer at the request of the landlord and tenant to terminate the lease relationship and has cases reminiscent of the requirements and conditions of this service

  A copy of the last certified contract or just the electricity account number, Electricity insurance message in case of non-certification of the contract certified in the municipality, A letter of no objection signed by both sides of the lease relationship stating that the parties want to terminate the contract and receive all the owner's dues, Letter of undertaking from the owner in case requested by the owner only, Eviction letter from the Enforcement Department or the Rental Disputes Section in the event of a rental case

Terms Of Service

Not more than 15 days have passed from the date of the NOC A letter of undertaking from the owner in the event of the termination of the contract and the absence of the tenant, 15 days after the end of the residential contract and one month in the case of the commercial contract Approval from the Department of Economic Development to cancel the commercial contract

Description Of Fees

The fees are calculated based on the last certified contract after the legal period allowed on a monthly basis on the entered rental value, and the 100 dirhams fee for the rental contract document is calculated. Research fee 10 tahseel fee 10.5
