Description Of Service

Documenting the agreement between the beneficiary establishments and pest control companies which are approved by the municipality in order to obtain public health pest control services. The contract specifies the start date of the contract, the informatiom of both the beneficiary and the service provider, the location, the terms, and the validity of the contract.

Terms Of Service

Inspection of the premises before completing the permit issuance process to ensure that environmental requirements are met.
