A copy of the bill of lading, A copy of the purchase invoice, A copy of the shipment content statement, A copy of the company's valid trade license, A copy of a valid environmental permit for the company/warehouse, Authorization letter from the company to the delegate, A letter from the company on behalf of the chemical stockiest, A copy of the academic qualification and a valid visa for the chemical stockiest, A copy of the academic qualification and a valid residence permit for the chemical storekeeper, A map showing the route of the shipment from its port of entry to its unloading site, Attach the approval of the authorities for the restricted materials to be released, For companies operating in other emirates and free zones, attach a copy of the NOC for the shipment, Copy of the Certificate of fulfillment of the Civil Defense for the warehouse
Terms Of Service
In the event that the company's headquarters is located outside the city of Sharjah and the company has warehouses within the city of Sharjah, an NOC is issued for storing restricted chemicals in a warehouse in lieu of a release certificate.
Attach the approval of the competent authority in case the company's headquarters is located outside the city of Sharjah, and the company has no warehouses within Sharjah.
Attach the approvals of all federal government entities that restrict the imported chemicals
