Terms Of Service

Private schools and nurseries: Approval by Sharjah Private Education Authority. Hotel establishments: Approval of Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority. Sports clubs, bodybuilding and swimming training: Approval of General Authority for Sports and Approval of Sharjah Police. Any activity carried out in a residential villa: Approval of Department of Planning and Survey. Massage and relaxation activity , which is practiced in other than gyms and hotel facilities require the approval of Department of Economic Development. For sites on the upper floors of buildings: Approval of Department of Economic Development. Laundry: Approval of Drainage Department and Engineering Department. Steam laundry, dry cleaning, and warehouse perfumery: Environment Services Department approval.

1- Private schools and hotel establishments, the insurance value is 20 thousand dirhams, and the period for completing the requirements is six months. 2- Establishments with an area of ​​75 square meters or more, the insurance value is 10 thousand dirhams, the period prescribed for completing the requirements is four months. 3- Establishments with an area of ​​less than 75 m2, the insurance value is 5,000 dirhams, the period prescribed for completing the requirements is four months
