A service provided to the government sector, the business sector and individuals to check the architectural, sanitary and structural plans, and then approve them

  A copy of the electronic application, Request for approval of plans for new projects form, A copy of affection plan approved by the Planning and Survey Department (valid), A copy of Ownership letter (if the land is owned and valid), Contract between the owner and the consultant (original), Consultant license (valid), Fee payment receipt (original receipt with photo), A copy of the construction accounts sealed by the consulting office, Soil Examination Study (Original), A copy of the building permit if the land has a building, Civil aviation approval for multi-storey buildings (15 floors and above), Approval of plans from the supporting government departments: (electricity, water and gas, the Department of Planning, Etisalat, Civil Defense, the Ministry of Education for schools, Approval of plans from the supporting government departments: the Department of Endowments and Islamic Affairs for mosques, the Ministry of Health for hospitals), Approval of the approval committee for the preliminary plans of buildings, except for residential units, NOC letter and a map of the general site approved by the Sanitation Department showing the services in the area Booklet of conditions and specifications except for residential paintings
