  A copy of affection plan approved by the Planning and Survey Department (valid), Building permission , Contractor license (Valid), Consultant license (Valid), Department of Civil Aviation NOC (Altitude - Warning Lights), Approved structural drawings for tower cranes, The tower crane diagram contains details and dimensions approved by the contractor and consultant, Undertaking letter the municipality’s requirements from the contractor and consultant, Site insurance policy with a safety party, Tower crane insurance policy

Terms Of Service

Tower Crane Requirements: 1. The front and rear tower crane booms should not go outside the site limits. 2. The loads shall not exceed the boundaries of the site. 3. Installing ground cable to discharge the excess electric charge in bad weather conditions. 4. Approving the base structure of the tower crane, whether it is installed inside or outside the building 5. Approving the structural methods of connecting the tower crane to buildings. 6. A certificate of examination and safety for the tower crane after installation from one of the approved companies for site security and safety. 7. Securing the equipment, tools, workers, tower crane and the surroundings from any risks or disasters or the errors of operations. A third party must be mentioned in the document from one of the approved insurance companies. 8. NOC from the Civil Aviation Authority for sites adjacent to the airport. 9. Install warning lights at the top of the tower crane "
