Description Of Service
A service provided to government agencies the business sector and individuals to issue a maintenance permit for all residential commercial and industrial buildings The permit is issued after inspecting the site and determining its construction status and the type of maintenance required according to the needs of each building

• A copy of the owner's ID
• No-objection from the Civil Defense (for buildings and tallest buildings only) or the Civil Defense no-objection beds, development, development, completion certificate, attachment from the pledge (attached from the pledge)
• No objection to the parking lots (for buildings and skyscrapers) or a pledge to review the operating parking lots to review the no-objection within 4 days from the date of the permit if it was requested in the permit
• A work agreement between the owner and the contractor
• Contractor's License (from the Emirate of Sharjah)
• A business agreement between the owner and the consultant (if any)
• Consultant license from the emirate (if any)
