A service provided to the business sector to request a temporary fence permit (Shinko) for the site under construction for the purpose of construction, after installing the signs (first phase) from the Department of Planning and Survey.

Terms Of Service

Enter the transaction through the consultant or contractor. The building permit is valid (there are no violations on the contractor and consultant - there are no violations on the plot of land - the contractor and consultant's license is valid - the validity of the building permit is one year for the type of residential construction, and six months for other types). The distance of the fence does not exceed 3.00 meters from the boundaries of the land on the side of the sandy roads, and the adjacent empty lands. The temporary fence in the commercial and industrial areas and the main streets in the residential areas must be made of aluminum. The height of the temporary fence is not less than (180) cm. The height of the temporary fence from the ground does not exceed (5) cm. The distances between the panels of the temporary fence do not exceed (2.5) cm. Writing and drawing on the temporary fence is not done without obtaining a permit from the Engineering and Building Control Department. The thickness of the temporary fence is not less than 6 mm.
