A service that allows government agencies, the business sector and individuals to conclude a new contract between the two parties to the rental relationship (the owner and the tenant) and then ratify it

Terms Of Service

The customer must visit the Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority to pay the electricity deposit and get the electricity meter number by writing the meter number on the document and stamping the contract from the authority.

Description Of Fees

From the annual rent value of a minimum of 500 dirhams for residential contracts 5% of the annual rent value with a minimum of 500 dirhams for commercial contracts 3% of the annual rent value with a minimum of 1000 dirhams for investment contracts 100 dirhams if the rental period is more than one year (100 dirhams are calculated for each year) Calculation of 100 dirhams if the contract contains more than one housing unit 150 dirhams if the service is provided in the municipality 50 dirhams in the event that the service is provided by the service centers ((Tas’heel centers)) and 10 d of scientific research fees are also added, and 10.5 d as a collection fee
