  A copy of the trade/professional license of the concerned school, A list of the food items to be supplied to the canteen, Distribution permit for the supplier's vehicle that will deliver meals to the school in question, issued by the Food Control Department of Sharjah City Municipality, A copy of the commercial license of the supplier to be contracted by the school administration, A copy of the supplier's certificate of passing the Sharjah Food Safety Program, if his license was issued in the Emirate of Sharjah, As for licenses issued outside the Emirate of Sharjah, they must present a certificate from the concerned municipality stating that it has supervised the health of the supplied site, صورة عن شهادة تطبيق أحد أنظمة السلامة الغذائية
