A service provided to individuals and the business sector through which a specialized committee is formed to reconsider the submitted spaces of a design for the proposed or existing buildings

  A copy of affection plan approved by the Planning and Survey Department (valid), Planning statement by the Planning and Survey Department (Valid statement), The proposed drawings and the exceptions required on it (clarify the exceptions), Letter from the Consultant office (Clarifying the reason behind the request submission) The previous approvals and exceptions (If available), Approved drawings from Town Planning and Survey department (In the case that the project is in the process of getting approved at the Initial Audit committee) , Old Approved drawings (if available), Inspection report about the condition of the site in the case that the building is existing or under construction (Valid report), Receipt of payment of request fees, Elevator study (In the case of decreasing the number of elevators)
